What are the benefits of being a member?

Every time you shop at Magrudy’s you will receive one point for every Dirham spent, subject to the conditions below. When you reach the required number of points, you can redeem these against any purchase.

The number of points required for redemption will depend on the levels of membership. We have three levels of membership: Blue, Silver and Gold. Upon collecting the required number of points you can use them against your purchase.

Magrudy’s Loyalty Card Scheme
•	Open to individuals only. Corporate orders should be placed through our head office.
•	Open to all age groups. Applicants under 14 years old will be enrolled only with the consent of a parent/guardian.
•	Upon acceptance of your Membership Application, you will be issued a Magrudy’s Blue Loyalty Card. 
•	Magrudy’s reserves the right to reject any application without prejudice to any party.
•	Magrudy’s may cancel membership at any time should the member:  
o	Fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions
o	Supply any false or misleading information
•	Members are required to inform customer service counters for any change in details (such as contact number, email address, PO Box etc.) Your details can be edited by logging in to http://loyalty.magrudy.com 
•	Any personal information which you provide will not be disclosed to any third party in the course of operating Magrudy’s Loyalty Card scheme.
•	Magrudy’s can cancel or withdraw the scheme or any individual card at any time.
•	We can change the terms & conditions of the scheme. We'll always give notice of changes. We'll display notices in Magrudy’s shops and on www.magrudy.com.

Collecting Loyalty Card points at Magrudy’s
•	If you present your Loyalty Card when making a purchase, you will receive not only the goods you have chosen, but Loyalty Card points as well. We will not exchange Loyalty Card points for cash.
•	Points will usually be added to a valid Loyalty Card at the time you buy products included in the scheme. There may be specific occasions when we add points at a later date at our discretion, however you will need to provide a validated receipt within 45 days of making the purchase. If you forget your Loyalty Card please ask the cashier to validate your receipt.
•	Points cannot be collected on Sony E-Readers, newspapers, magazines, Etisalat products, ink cartridges, school account shelf buys, discounted items, event tickets and all purchases any Duty Free bookshop.
•	Points cannot be added when paying for a transaction with Credit notes, Gift vouchers (points can be added when gift vouchers are sold but not when redeemed), or when redeeming Loyalty Card points.
•	You may only gain bonus points from one special offer at a time and the benefits from your loyalty card status may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Spending Loyalty Card points at Magrudy’s
•	We're sorry but points cannot be spent on transactions made at Duty Free Bookshops. 
•	You cannot make a part payment of points towards a product. You must collect the full amount of points needed for the product you choose. These will be deducted from the total on your Loyalty Card.
•	We can substitute or remove products and services in store and other third party products and services available for points collection and redemption.
•	To spend your points simply take your chosen item to the till along with your Loyalty Card and let the cashier know that you'd like to pay with your points. The total number of points will be deducted from your card.
•	You can redeem your points in any of our shops, excluding Spinney’s Bookshops or any of the Airport Duty Free shops.
•	Refunding of points will not be allowed for any reason.
